Magnolia Chapter yard sale fundraiser to help the animals in need in Washington Parish Louisiana
The Magnolia Chapter was formed in the spring of 2008 by a group of people concerned about the large number of un-neutered, un-spayed roaming and/or abandoned cats and dogs in our community.Our mission statement:"To establish a fund for emergency animal rescue and care, while reducing the numbers of unwanted animals in Washington Parish through education, spay/neuter programs and adoption/foster programs." You are invited to the Magnolia Chapter Really Big Yard Sale fundraiser on Saturday, May 14th from 10 am til 3 pm at the Pavillion at 139 Cumberland Street, Bogalusa, La. We will have at least one of almost everything, plants and refreshments for sale. We will be raffling a quilt for $1 per chance and will have cats, kittens, dogs and puppies for adoption. This is our main fundraiser for 2011 and all funds will be used to rescue dogs and cats in Washington Parish. If you have any questions, call Ann at (985) 732-2100 or Kay at (985) 335-0758.
