Special Announcement! Month Day, Year Dear omss, We are excited to announce that we have received a wonderful grant from Petsmart Charities that will help us to provide free and/or further reduced costs for fixing pets in 4 local towns.  The towns are Charlton, Spencer, East Brookfield, and North Brookfield.  This is a going to really help us to end pet overpopulation in this targeted area and further our quest to help pets in Worcester County and beyond!  While this grant is targeted at these communities, our programs help everyone.  For the complete information on all our spay/neuter and other programs, please go to our website at www.secondchanceanimals.org   Target Grant will help pets in the community!    Thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities, we are able to offer special spay/neuter incentives to get pets fixed from Charlton, East Brookfield, North Brookfield, and Spencer!
