New Dogs and Puppies @ LaPlace Louisiana Shelter

George a small poodle. Available in two days, all the rest are available immediately due to condition or owner release.

Mary a small GDS mix puppy, has ringworm

Mohawk a Male Shih Tzu

Winnie a badly matted and burr filled Poodle mix that was dumped by the shelter last night.

Woody and Lovely, male and female Pomeranians released to the shelter because the baby is allergic. Woody is 5 years old and Lovely is 2.

Missy released to the shelter because the owner died and the family doesn't want her. We have medical records up to 2007, when the owner became seriously ill.

Due to crowding several dogs are in extreme danger.

Wanda -- Kennel rot.

Solomon -- chow.

Sage -- been here too long.

Plus two others, not decided on yet. Check Petfinder for most pictures.

If you are interested in St. John's shelter pets, please contact the shelter Monday through Saturday. If you have trouble getting in touch with them, please send Traci (email below) with the following information: which pet(s) you are interested in, your name, name of rescue (if rescue), and phone number. I will go to the shelter and give the information to them and put a sticky note on the pet(s) records. I am just a volunteer and can't make decisions on placement of the animals, but I will try to answer any questions you may have.
